You should be careful of using the last login user. While this may work for most CIs, there could be ones that are shared machines and the Last Login would not be accurate. There is an field in SCCM called TopConsoleuser0 that can be used instead from an SCCM table called v_GS_SYSTEM_CONSOLE_USAGE_MAXGROUP. That is the person that uses the asset more than 60% of the time in a 90 day period. You could use AI to put this together because you will need to have the a few fields from the People form, like login and entry ID, and the Instance ID and Asset ID from the BMC_BaseElement in order to fill out the AST:Asset People form. Hi, We have implemented this for various customer using filter and push data to AST:AssetPeople. works fine. I find it easier to validate login IDs (personal preference maybe) and get other field info using filter. Hello, I think it is best to create your business logic within AI job/transformation. You will need some ARInput, CMDBLookup steps to find the needed information (instance id, recon id, remedy login name) and pass all this to AST:LoadAssetPeople form. After that you can use ootb DMT phases of validate and promote and asset people relationships will be correctly created. I would recommend this since it is not customization and it provides better error handling of the data and other issues.
