Also in the BMC Remedy Service Desk User's Guide on page 154 it talks
about how to build the Business Services CIs and how to relate them to
be used in the Services drop down.

I just installed ITSM 7.5 suite and all seems to be work except when
creating an Incident there are no items in the Service field menu which
is a required field. What did I forget to configure? or what
configuration is required to populate that menu?
