Service Impact Manager exists, it just has a new name. There is a plugin for Netcool somewhere. It might be called Omnibus? Hi Lee, Yes. Omnibus is from Kovair Software. Project Remedies is a Kovair partner. Omnibus has a large number of pre-built interfaces between various products. One is Remedy. Tivoli is another. Omnibus sits in the middle. http://documents.bmc.com/products/documents/09/69/40969/40969.pdf saw this.. as far as SLM -- SLM works around the model you have created or installed (COTS).. so yes SLM works with what ever you ingested I have not integrated this.
