You could use AIE or integration engine to force and event but that is
cumbersome

 Hi Team,

Does anyone have a way to generate a Remedy ticket from an HBSS event? Is
 that functionality part of HBSS?

 Thanks.

HBSS events normally go to the Enterprise console like McAfee, CounterACT,
RSA Archer, etc..
The console then communicats to the Remedy system via some plugin (theirs
not BMC normally) and injects the ticket.
SIEM also would be another example with BEM/SIM / Patrol, etc..

Vendor specific..
Sometimes BMC does have the connector as well..
