I'd recommend arutilities as well, however, if that isn't an option, you can export the info to a def file. Use an editor to search/replace. You'll have to be very careful in editing it. Admin tool 7.1 has the ability to edit multiple pieces of workflow at the same time and on the Advanced tab do a replace from x to y...I've used this in the past to do renames.
