All I need to update a number of records in the SLM:Measurement form. The reason for this is I created some new SLA and wanted to run them against incidents that have already been closed. The SLA's have been created for these incident records but unfortunately it used the current time for the start and stop times instead of the fields I wanted. I have found that updating the overallstart and overallstop fields semi updates the records but but doesn't recalculate fields like the SVTDueDate and others. So is their a procedure or some other method I should be using for this or should I just write a filter to update all the fields that have incorrect data in them ?
