Listers, Has anyone out there done a Remedy and Pinnacle integration? We are running ARS & ITSM 7.0.1 and have Pinnacle 5 (but are upgrading to 6). Our folks in Telecomm are looking to purchase the Pinnacle API but essentially all it will do is create an incident management ticket and close it when the Pinnacle entry is completed. Is this something we could complete via the Remedy API instead? Anybody out there have any advice before purchasing the Pinnacle API?
