Re: Remedy 7.0.1 patch 001 under a Load Balancer

Hello Amanda,

Are you also going to be using the mid-tier for access? This should not
make a difference until you set up the mid tier access and whether you load
balance it or not.

There is a white paper which discusses this on the remedy site and I have
attached it for your viewing pleasure.

Let me know if you have any additional question about it.

Take care,
Earl

We plan the samething and I would be interested in any info you might
have. Do you have any capacity planning/hardware information/experience?
The sizing doc doesn't really tell you much.

Remedy 7.0.1 patch 001 under a Load Balancer

2007-02-08 Thread Pierce, Amanda (TBS)
All,

We are setting up a new infrastructure for our Remedy environment. We
are going to be using a Load Balancer on top of 2 ARS Servers (Windows
2003). I was hoping to chat with someone else who may have an
environment similar to this about some questions I have concerning the
configuration of the ARS Servers, etc.

Thanks!
