Remedy 7.5 Change Management Collision Detection

Hi arslist,
 
Any idea how the Collision Detection works on the Change module under
7.5.
I see link Collision Detection under the Advanced, that available
for each change request, but not sure what should be done in order to
display change tickets that collide by time or CIs.
 
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Mike, you have to relate some CIs to the Change Requests.  The CD will show
if multiple RFCs have scheduled changes to the same CIs for the same outage
windows.
