Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the developing of the BMC Remedy (ITSM) application. The candidate must have experience in installation, configuration and customization of Remedy 6.x, and have knowledge& experience of the 7.5 application.
Must have experience using the BMC ITSM Incident, Asset, Change Management, CMDB and the ability to work with other products as needed. Experience with development of the BMC Remedy application is strongly desired. Candidate should also have strong communication skills both oral and written.
