We are using Citrix but we cannot use
Centralized Preferences. Due to the high number of users, 20,000, and the fact
that we have 120 Citrix servers my network management team will not allow the
registry of each server to have that many entries. Doug Mueller told me that
the registry entries for all Remedy values changes from Local Machine to Local
User in 7.0. We just upgraded to 6.3.

servers?
We are using it with the only gotcha being
that due to permissions restrictions to the local drives on the Citrix server
users don't have access to write to the AR System\home directory (to save
preferences locally). We use centralized preferences so it doesn't really
impact us.
