Hi Sachin,

What sort of error is being received on that PC?  There is a variety of errors 
that can be raised, and the most regular (that I've experienced) is a Visual 
C++ error - the only resolution I've found so far is to try to re-install the 
Remedy client.

There's also a chance that the user in question is on a prior release of the 
client - running a 5.1.2 client against 6.3 can give unpredictable results

without causing any problems.But the same report is run by another user from
his machine.When that user runs this report, his Remedy user tool crashes.

Hi All,
