I don't have 7.5 but when I patched my server (7.1P2 --> 7.1P6) the patch overwrote my armonitor.cfg file and, as Tommy stated, I was missing some lines... Also, I have 3 plug-in servers running. I patched the main server, then had to copy the updated ARPlugin.exe file to the other two servers.

I opened the form 'AR System Administration: Server Information' in my Admin tool and found an FTS tab...and I found two fields that corresponded to the values that were erroring out below. If I change them to a different value, I don't get the error in the log and my console does work. I bet you are missing some lines out of the cfg file that is running. I know that there was a bug with that and the CMDB install.
