Kevin, What are the original sources of this view and the vendor form?? Are they both database tables or views??? If so you can create a database view that is a join view of both those tables/views and take it from there. If one or both of the tables is not a database table or view, then creating a join would not be possible. You would need to create a staging table that would contain all the data from that source before you can do anything.. Since nobody else has responded, I'll just go ahead and tell you. I have good news and bad news. The good news is that you don't have to create two new staging forms. The bad news is that you probably still have to create at least one regular form where both have escalations writing data to.
