We have ITSM 7.6.4, with Service Requests creating Work Orders. Users have requested notifications in two circumstances:
1. A Work Order fulfiller puts a question into a Work Info entry to request extra information from the Service Request-er - notify the Service Requester. 2. A Service Request-er adds Work Info entry onto Service Request - notify Work Order fulfiller. It seems like the pieces for this are there (SRS-REQ-NotifyEndUser message, for example), but I'm having problems nailing down the circumstances under which they occur.
