Thanks, Conny and Fred, I've never used the "Window"->"Cascade" feature and forgot it was there. That solves the problem very nicely, at least in the short run.
I am looking at the ar.ini file but don't see anything called "Admin-WinPositions." Maybe that's what is causing the problem. The problem comes and goes but at least I know what to do when it happens.
