Hi all,
We have midtier installed(6.03 patch 22) and we are using tomcat as web-server.
All custom apps were working fine on tomcat along with midtier until a new
Remedy Web-service was deployed on that server and now frequently, I am seeing
these in catalina logs
Jul 15, 2008 1:26:17 PM org.apache.tomcat.util.threads.ThreadPool logFull
SEVERE: All threads (75) are currently busy, waiting. Increase maxThreads (75)
or check the servlet status
Without web-service, tomcat used to run for 8-9 months straight, however as
soon as web-service was deployed, almost every 5 days we are seeing this issue
and we have to bounce tomcat as apps become extremely slow.
One option is to increase the threads, but I would like to know if this is some
internal bug in Remedy Web-Service causing this. Any help greatly appreciated.
