Re: searching and getting ARERR 302 in Mid-tier
Turns out this is a defect in that version of the mid-tier and I received a hot fix from the vendor yesterday. I put it in last night, so hopefully we'll be free and clear this morning. I just upgraded to Mid-tier 7.5 p4 and now a number of my user are seeing: ARERR (302) Entry does not exist in database When they search for an incident. If they click ok and continue on the search does actually work. It is only occurring on the mid-tier and not for every user.
