If you purchased your products through the Solution Pack model, you'll find BMC Service Request Management in a folder underneath the BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite. If you purchased your products through legacy pricing, you'll find it in its own standalone folder called BMC Service Request Management. If you did not purchase it, you will not see it.
