Duration : 7+ months Out of area is no problem Must be experienced with Manhattan's WMOS - warehouse management open system. BA Start 9/17 to 3/29/13 Project: Gathers and documents requirements from a diverse user community. Translates requirements to functional design documents for complex systems/processes. Interacts with application developers to communicate user needs and requirements. May develop test plans, review test cases, review test scripts and write user documentation. Operates as a senior member within a larger team and a subject matter expert within the organization. Operates independently with minimal supervision or oversight. Likely maintains knowledge within specific domains (applications/technologies, business processes and/or industries). Skills: Ø Senior Business Analyst experienced in Manhattan's WMOS/LMS Software - functional understanding, configuration, processes and databases. > Preference given to those with upgrade experience with MA WMoS v2011 > Understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain with a focus on Warehouse > Management in an e-Fulfillment (pick, pack ship) environment > Proven ability to manage scope while meeting customer needs > Experience working using a formal, structured project implementation approach > (SDLC) > Must be able to engage with project manager, business analysts, software > vendors, subject matter experts, and application systems analysts and > developers. > Ability to mentor and provide oversight & direction to development team > Experience with Unix, Oracle, PL/SQL > Previous exposure to or experience with performance testing, SQL-tuning > Responsible for issue coordination and resolution > Must possess excellent coordination and communications skills.
