Position: 17663 - Windows SharePoint / Business Objects Administrator
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Contract: 12 Months


Job Description:

Recognized expert in their Application Support for Windows SharePoint, Web
Site Administration (.NET), Business Objects Operations and Remedy
Operations. This position is the final tier in escalation support prior to
seeking involvement from management. An Analyst V would be considered a key
member of any group, as they provide architectural and technical leadership
to the entire team. They are also a lead contributor and participate on both
the architectural and development design teams.

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
* 6-8 years experience required
* Business systems analytical experience required
* Experience working in the wireless industry (recommended)
* Provide LAN support in for users in multiplatform environment, including
on-site support and training for users if necessary.
* Responsible for complete administration of client networks including
monitoring network traffic, backup, Citrix based applications support,
connectivity on a daily basis. *Administration of SharePoint 2007.
* Web Site Administration (ASP and Cold Fusion).
* Business Objects Operations
* Troubleshoot all the hardware, software, user account, access privileges,
logon scripts, profiles, internet, intranet, connectivity, email,
network/local and performance related issues * Responsible for data backup
completion and verification.
* Ability to prioritize and resolve multiple complex and critical issues.
* Forecasts and plans for supporting both applications functionality and
capacity requirements in a rapidly growing, changing and complex
environment.
* Protect and insure the stability of the operational systems as well as
maintain the integrity of the data they contain
* Assist in determining the impact of operational issues and provide input
into their resolution via data extraction and quantification
* Coordinate and prioritize all escalated activities, including testing,
project management and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and
bug fixes.
* Maintain cross-business responsibilities by providing end-user support to
multiple organizations within the company when issues arise
* Available to provide 24 X7 support as required
* Strong knowledge of SQL database design and support.
* Previous experience in 24hrs/day, 7days/week system support capacity

Preferred skills:
