The package, shipped via UPS from Ohio's Barack Obama Store, had

partially opened and was marked with the hate speech phrases.
Security cameras recorded the UPS driver dropping the package at

door, my finding it two hours later--partially opened, contents
tampered
with, and the comments written at three different spots on the
outer
carton:

APPD, UPS, and Monmouth County Hate Crimes Unit confirm that the
vandalism did not take place in Asbury Park. The case remains
open for
Monmouth County, and investigations at UPS continue.
