Well that according to the AsburyParkSun and The BOE.
The only way I see that number - in wasting time looking at the tax records -
Is to take All the "single family" properties as per the tax records (when you
run it comes not 100% correct)
If you follow those results you get $269,549,615.00.
Take that and divide it by the number of records (3,194)
You get the $84,392 number.....
Then my 8th grade teacher would say... "now use your head - does make sense to
you ....
Ballpark not wasting to much time, I'd toss out records like "condo parking"
and some "common elements" -
I think without really going over the data - the AVERAGE Single Family in AP
is assessed at $128,000.
Then again it took me a few times to pass stats in college.
Tough decision to pass the budget with the State picking 83 % of the tab...
(really more if add in the extra $).
