[AsburyPark] New Brunswick - triCity is right

I often don't agree with Dan J, but this week he is spot on - the lack 
of office space Downtown is a serious flaw.  It was a major reason why 
there were so many people Downtown years ago.

Also regarding New Brunswick, I believe it is the county seat.  I know 
the Superior Court alone brings in a few thousand people each week.

Down side is too many lawyers running around.

 Yes, it is the county seat; however, just as with Freehold - the people
going to City Hall tend to eat close to the municipal building.  There's an
entire world of New Brunswick (as with Freehold) that those people do not
ever see.
