Well, you gotta know I love the artist painting barriers idea. I also keep thinking about point of difference in marketing. That AP encourages art would be part of that point of difference. BTW, did you know that artists not only gentrify a neighborhood when they move in, they also keep a sort of fraudulent runaway gentrification from happening by stabilizing it. I've read this before but I'm also seeing it happen in my building on the Lower East Side. Yahoo!
