Those will definitely be demolished. The building design is a typical example
of the worst type of housing layout.
The land is somewhat valuable because of its location near the train station.
Would be great to see mixed income housing built there. Affordable, market
rate, artist housing, etc. Tie it in with retail along Memorial/Springwood.
Could serve as a great anchor for the Springwood Ave Redevelopment and a strong
connection to the rest of the community.
There are companies that specialize in that type of work.

What are they worth if they are currently worthless to the authority. If you
sell off what will new owner do...maintain demo etc...
