no one wants to invest 3+ million and not make money.
Then you need the land on which to build.
Can't say the Empress is family friendly and more or less the Berk is the same.
AP on the whole isn't really family friendly - from eating to sleeping and most
will say that's not the intent.
Does someone want to build a hotel for one or two "big" events? Doesn't pay the
bills the rest of the year. That staff and debt need to bet paid.
Turn the savoy into a holiday inn express. - shuttle people down to the bw.
Asbury Towers - turn the top 5 floors into a hotel...
Deal Lake towers "luxury" apartments... need I say more.
100 rooms in NJ gets you a liquor license.
I'd like to see a small hotel with a blackjack table in AP.
I'd save some gas.
