Mario,
I had heard about the "jammers" on CNN, last week!  When I heard they
were illegal, that thwarted me from buying one!  Are phoners, that
"needy", that they have to be ON the thing, 24/7?  I wonder sometimes,
if there IS someone on the other end, or are they THAT rude?  Whatever
happened to manners, like "excuse me" and "thank you"?  Bring back
TELEPHONE booths!  We're a rude, MEANspirited, "JUST ME" society, now!
