They pay $51,000 year tax on Casino... -They pay $188,000 year tax on CH/Paramount -They pay $50,000 year taxes for the parking lot by the casino...starting to add up for the lots...plus Empress $62,000 year with side lot, lot behind - Istar pays $12k. $42,000 year taxes for the parking lot between 2nd and 3rd...(i thought it was nothing...) -$50k for the Wonder Bar block - WB taxes more than Pony... including pay $12,233 year for parking lot by WB. -IStar pays a total of about $50,000 yr in taxes for the entire stone pony block...pony only $15k Yahoo!
