march 5th 2003. doesnt make much sence (or is it possiable) that the
person who made the group, would join 4 years later.
Only in Asbury; see this is the town where official plans are
adopted before they exist. By acting thus, maximum flexibility is
provided the developer to negotiate what he will pay for that which he
seeks.
The only shortcoming, and it's really a trifling matter, residents
never know where they or the future of their city lies; that said, the
council and master developer have come up with a novel solution, when
asked what the future holds, they lie.
