That quote was a cut and paste I didn't make it up. I served there were no
other options back then. I could have gone to Canada I imagine and given a
great big pardon by America's absolute worst President Jimmy Carter. If you
think he wasn't the worst you didn't live it.

Brings us back to the question why feminists don't open their mouths on the
way Moslem women are treated. It is a matter of time before all of that is over
here. Then you'll stay in the kitchen whether you like it or not or be beaten
by your husband.

Where is Gloria Steinem when you need her? Oh thats right she got married.
What was that whimsical little saying about a fish and bicycle you used to
sputter? Apparently all hot air.

Where did I say that? In the 60's most men wanted their women
barefoot and pregnant! See Stepford Wives, Robots, Workhorses or
whatever! Many colonial women died in childbirth and farming women
from overwork in the fields. I have no idea what you're talking
about. Men wanted their women at home, after WWII, in the 50's. It
was the 60's, with the Civil Rights Movement, that urged women to
fight for their rights and to question authority! If you were
drafted, you and hundreds of thousands were also! Did you serve or
avoided the draft? This I do know, my husband served in Viet Nam, got
no welcome home, except from me! You lost me mentioning Moslem women.
Women in America are still fighting for a place, especially with the
Neo-Cons, in Washington, now!

As a woman, I've never had any illusions, where most men want us.

Now this really surprises me. How many women in this country even
care about the way Moslem women are treated?

 Jack,
I saw it yesterday. What an eye-opener! There hasn't ever been an
honest government, in this country. You only need to watch what
actually happened in Boston, during the Revolution and the gradual
takeover of this country from its' original inhabitants, with broken
treaties, to all out force to placing native Americans on
reservations, where they still reside, to this day.
