You have a panel of discreet citizens acting as hosts.
You ask they come without weapons and you gaurantee their safety.
You drop flyers one week out all over the place and do it in Spanish
so you get the Latin Kings & Queens and MS# aware.
You provide the free showing of the movie. You call it "Night of
Peace."
If you do this you will be shocked at actually how many there are
roaming the streets of Asbury.
I would even be brave enough to try to open a dialogue and invite The
Gaurdian angels to speak.
