I'm wondering where they got the number 28 from? They were in sets of 3,
and there are 9 groups of windows. That makes 27, unless there is a single
one that belongs elsewhere. Anyone know?
Very sad that this happened. I hope the culprit is caught, the panels are
intact, and can be replaced asap.
