Not only am I not sure if I can help assamnet regain any semblance of normalcy A, but I can assure you that Diwali has been far less than something to be happy about, considering the noise levels at Guwahati last two nights and continuing on into the day as I hunt and peck this response via a snail paced TATA -PHOTON today. Obviously more people can afford to set off increasing powerful crackers, competing with neighbors and perhaps to torment those who would have the temerity to try and go to sleep.
