You can't even list a 64-bit register or enter a 64-bit address. I like to think of TEST as the "vi" of MVS. It's installed everywhere, and klunky and infuriating as it is, you can always rely on being able to use it for all kinds of basic things at any site. But as 64-bit moves slowly into the mainstream, there is no backup for it. Tony H.

At the time that IDF support for 64-bit addressing was written, z/OS did not support code running above 4GB, so my guess would be that this would be likely to encounter problems.
