But is the email interface becoming unsupported?  Disappointment.
I particularly miss the ability to attach files as examples.  And
to Cc: myself in order to be able to keep a copy of the submitted
RCF.  The latter, at least, could be mitigated by providing a
checkbox:

  ( ) Email a copy of this to the submitter.

You will probably get John Ehrman's attention this way.

I has also been my experience that he is willing to accept error
notices sent (with restraint) to his personal email address.
