Once you get it running, it's a nobrainer.

Does the customer have an unlimited trunk right now? Are they unhappy with the
carrier?

The real question is if you want the customer bad enough and know what their
traffic would look like why don't you just play the odd's game with them and do
it yourself? We can offer you some trunk plans that might make sense.

Every vendor pays a per min rate at some point so if they are offering an
unlimited plan they are hedging there bets on a customer and every one doing
unlimited excludes out call centers and other risky (high volume) types of
bussiness. A customer that is not willing to pay for there min. usage likely
knows that they will hit a vendor hard and they want a free ride. Thanks

While I would normally agree with you - this customer is 3 staff and are an
engineering firm.. So I know what their traffic would look like...

Unfortunately the customer does not have site-side CDRs turned up and refuses
to let me talk to their current provider to get CDR / bill analysis from them.

Oh well.

Robert

Every vendor pays a per min rate at some point so if they are offering an
unlimited plan they are hedging there bets on a customer and every one doing
unlimited excludes out call centers and other risky (high volume) types of
bussiness. A customer that is not willing to pay for there min. usage likely
knows that they will hit a vendor hard and they want a free ride.
Thanks

Posted before but didn't get much response... Looking for a 4 to 5 channel
unlimited 2-way sip trunk provider.. My customer refuses to pay minute-rate and
wants flat-rate.

Anyone have any good sources?

Thanks
