[asterisk-users] One-way audio after music on hold
I'm running Connected to Asterisk 1.4.18-1. We have a T1 PRI and a SIP trunk coming in from our IVR. When people call in on the SIP trunk, I experience the following problem: I put the caller on hold, MOH starts. MOH quits after approx ten seconds. When I pick the call back up off of hold, they can't hear me for about 20 seconds (sometimes longer or not at all) but I can hear them. This doesn't happen with calls on the T1. Has anyone seen this before? Any solutions out there? [asterisk-users] ivr testing script
Hello All, I want to run a bash script on my asterisk-now machine that will test our IVR at another site. I need it to dial the number and, if it answers, listen for a few seconds and then hang up. If there are return codes from the commands that can help me determine the status of the line, I can then send an email to alert if there was busy tone or no answer. I've fiddled with a bash script to send "sip show peers" and parse it, but that's about the most of my experience interfacing to asterisk. Is there a way to do what I want?
