[asterisk-users] TE212P on FC6 - stack overflow?
Hi all did anyone of you experience an error like do_irq: stack overflow in configuring a TE212P on Fedora core 6? The server immediately hangs, I don't know if this can be related to hardware configuration or kernel incompatibility... This problem arises when I try to configure the channels with the usual command ztcfg and it is strictly related to the presence of the echo canceller onboard. [asterisk-users] TE212P on FC6 - stack overflow?
Hi Michelle, actually, I didn't try it... The server is a HP Proliant ML150T G3. Currently I'm not in the condition to follow your suggestion, but I hope in the near future to be able to give you a feedback. Thanks! Marco Have you tried starting Linux with irqpoll / noapic? Sounds like a BIOS bug.. [Asterisk-Users] asterisk supports VXML?
Hi all where can I find infos aboutthis VXML intepreterfor asterisk? Thanks Marco Hi Foong, That's a good question you've put out there. Yes, Asterisk supports VXML andhere's how it's done; Firstly in the SIP.conf, you need to have your VXML application/browserdefined; sip.conf: [vxmlapp] type=friend insecure=yes username=777 reinvite=no host=123.45.67.8 Then in the EXTENSIONS.conf it will look like this; extensions.conf: exten =777,1,Setvar,VXML_URL=voicexml=http%3A%2F%2F123.45.67.20%3A6969%2Fhellovxml%2Fhellovxml exten = 777,2,Dial,sip/vxmlapp|10 exten = 777,3,HangUp Hope this'll clear your thoughts. [Asterisk-Users] Variable digit length in national dial plan
Dear All, we are integrating Asterisk between PSTN and a Panasonic PBX using 2 E100P cards and PRI lines. --PSTN--PRI---Asterisk-PRI---Panasonic PBX Everything works fine except for outgoing calls. In Italy the local call may have a variable lenght (9 or 10 digit). How can we instruct Asterisk to wait the possibly 10th digit? We tried to configure the extension.con as follow: ;emergency number exten = _1xx,1,Dial(Zap/g2/${EXTEN}) ;international exten = _00XX.,1,Dial(Zap/g2/${EXTEN}) ;Local 9 Digit exten = _0,1,Dial(Zap/g2/${EXTEN}) ;Local 10 Digit exten = _0X,1,Dial(Zap/g2/${EXTEN}) But it does not work while attempting a number of ten digit asterisk sends out a 9 lenght digit number, ignoring the 10th digit. We have a work around that consists in terminating the dialed number with a # character... But it is very unprofessional solution. May someone help us?
