Anyone can register and upload *their* files, with whatever license they
want. You can then add/upgrade/remove your files whenever you want.

I didn't know about that website. Perhaps you should link to it from
the WIKI - unless you have already and I didn't notice it there. :-)

If you want the patches in CVS the best place is to put them on the bug

Re: [Asterisk-Users] Asterisk 1.0 released

Hi,

Up until now the advice on installing asterisk seems to have been to
checkout zaptel, libpri, and asterisk from
:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/cvsroot and then do make install
in each directory.

Is this still the recommended method of installation? Or is it now get
the latest tarred release?

Also - forgive me if this is a silly question - are numbered releases
just snapshots of the CVS HEAD? If not - how do they relate to what is
in CVS?

TIA,

Alex

Patches were applied for TDM cards with FXO modules. X100P users are
presumably expected to just upgrade.

Email me if you'd like UK Caller*ID patches that work against the
current Zaptel/Asterisk CVS version (and the X100P) and I'll send them
to you.

I seem to be hoarding patches, and sending them out on request. I should
set up a website to list and share them more easily.
