But there are two DDI's involved, one where calls for this client come in for us to deal with which should pass straight through * to our switch (which is easy) and a second on which the client can dial in to * and monitor the call(s) on the first DDI, and possibly step on to any other calls on the same DDI a bit like ZapScan. Now I get you, So you want to be able to browse through DDIs not the actual channels.
