[asterisk-users] Flash Operator Panel with Asterisk 1.6

2009-02-23 Thread Pablo Bernasconi
Hi,

I know this is not a 100% Asterisk question, but is there anyone who has the
Flash Operator Panel working with Asterisk 1.6??
In asternic.org there is a version that show call status but you cant make
transfers or originate a call.

Has anyone fixed the op_server.pl file to fully work with Asterisk 1.6???

Thank you very much, Pablo Bernasconi

Nicolas is looking for beta testers for the version that works with 1.6.
I'd suggest that you subscribe to FOP mailing.

[asterisk-users] Flash operator panel

2006-07-28 Thread Jordan Novak

Can anybody steer me
in the right direction? I have installed the fop and have it working okay, first
problem is agent logins not changing the state color when an agent logs in. I
configured it on two boxes one works the other doesn't, same configs alll the
way. The other is more of me not understanding how it works. I only see the
buttons that i have programmed and am unable to get the password entry box and
can't figure out how to do transfers.

Hi Jordan,

You might want to subscribe to FOP mailing list. You can do that from
http://www.asternic.org

Agent logins work depending on the type of login that you use. You can
use agentlogin, agentcallbacklogin or addqueuemember in asterisk. Each
one has a special treatment/config setting in FOP. You can read it in
the example config files or the online documentation.

About your problems with the security code box, I do not understand
what your problem is. You have to enter the security code at least one
(and it has to match the one defined in op_server.cfg) in order to
perform any action, including transfers. Once that the security code
is verifies, the lock icon shows closed and you can perform the
action. To transfer a call you have to drag the phone icon to the
destination. Anyways, please check FOP archives or subscribe to the
mailing list as this is related to FOP and not Asterisk itself.

Make sure you have port 4445 opened up if you are using any sort of
firewall for your asterisk server - like iptables.

Yes, after putting in the code drag it again. Also what does your
op_panel.cfg look like?
FOP has it's own mailing list, you should try it there.

[Asterisk-Users] Flash Operator Panel Help

Hi. I am using the Flash operator panel 0.24 and it

In the op_buttons.cfg I have the following

[SIP/100]

Extension=100
Icon=1
Mailbox=100

I've tried to google on the subject, but have not
found any answers.
I've tried [EMAIL PROTECTED] also. (full = the context

Is full the voicemail context or the extensions.conf context? If you
are using a standard asterisk setup, the mailbox should probably be
[EMAIL PROTECTED] (being default the voicemail context for that extension,
as specified in voicemail.conf)

[Asterisk-Users] Flash Operator Panel 0.21 released

2005-05-30 Thread Nicols Gudio
After a while, version 0.21 of the Flash Operator Panel is out.

Flash Operator Panel displays information about your Asterisk PBX
activity in real time via a standard web browser with Flash plugin. It
can monitor several asterisk servers at once. It can integrate with
CRM software, by poping up a web page (and passing the CLID and
CLIDNAME) when a specified button is ringing. It also can be used to
enable click-to-dial for web based applications.

It can monitor almost any asterisk channel type available: ZAP, SIP,
IAX2, H323, OH323, MGCP, CAPI, MODEM/I4L, VPB, mISDN, etc.

Monitoring Features:

-Monitoring of Agents (logged in/off)
-Monitoring of Queues
-Monitoring of Parked calls/slots
-Monitoring of conferences
-Shows ip address of sip/iax2 peers
-Shows sip/iax2 status/reachability
-Shows callerid/called number
-Shows timers/countdown for absolute timeout calls or parked slots
-Shows statistics on agents and queues

Available Actions:

-Hangup a channel
-transfer via dragdrop
-originate via dragdrop
-Set absolute timeout when transferring
-Set callerid when transferring
-Reload Asterisk
-Mute/Unmute meetme participants
-Barge-in on a call (optionally barge-in muted to avoid being noticed)
-Commands optionally restricted by security code
-Commands optionally restricted to a specific button/channel

The new version has lots of new features, such as:

*REGEXP buttons (they replace wildcard buttons)
*Set timeout for transferred calls
*Change state/label/text for buttons based on astdb values or dialplan
userevents
*Fire popups from the dialplan passing any channel variable to the web
application

The almost complete list of changes can be seen here:

http://www.asternic.org/CHANGES.html

You can download it, read documentation, browse the mailing list
archives or subscribe to it from:

http://www.asternic.org

You can also rate the project on freshmeat:

http://freshmeat.net/rate/53045/

Have a good day!

[Asterisk-Users] Flash Operator Panel

2005-03-07 Thread Ken Sandell

Hey guys Im having a couple of problems
getting the Flash Operator Panel to work.

It seems like most of the features are working, though when
I have an agent login (via AgentCallBack method), the panel doesnt update
that an extension has changed to agent.

I edited op_server.cfg to reflect the AgentCallBack setting,
but I dont think theres anything that needs to be done in the
op_buttons.cfg.

Does anyone have any ideas of why this wouldnt work
properly?

Thanks,
Ken T.

No, extension 6000 is just a number that gets you to a channel, in
your case I believe its zap/1 that is reachable thru 6000. FOP only
shows the status of channels and not extensions. So you could make a

work. However you can't use g1, you could use zap/*.

[Asterisk-Users] Flash Operator Panel new version and Mailing List

2004-04-16 Thread Nicolas Gudino
Hi All,

Version .04 of the Flash Operator Panel is now available. Someone
donated a domain name for the project (thanks turcko!), so it is now
available on http://www.asternic.org

I have set up a mailing list for the application. So please post your
comments, suggestions, bug reports and problems there and not in
Asterisk-Users. You can subscribe to the mailing list sending an empty
email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

The new version has configurable buttons. You can have more that a
hundred buttons on the screen.

Flash Operator Panel displays information about your Asterisk PBX
activity in real time via a standard web browser with Flash plugin.

You can see at a glance:

   * What extensions are busy, ringing or available
   * Who is talking and to whom (clid, context, priority)
   * SIP registration status and reachability
   * Number of users waiting on Queues

You can perform these actions:

   * Hang-up a channel
   * Transfer a call leg via dragdrop

Best regards,
