I picked up 3 Adit 600 channel banks(New) via eBay for $400. Each included Dual-TDMs. I picked up 2 FXO 8 port cards at $200(ea) delivered. I picked up a Digium TE110P for $600. Total. (3) Adit 600s $400 (2) FXOs $400 (1) TE110P $600 $1400.00. For a single channel bank, I've seen them go for less then $100, but on average of $179. Voicetronix has an OpenSwitch12 card that can do 12 FXO ports. Telephonyware is selling them for $1450. Haven't used them, but no one has mentioned these yet, so I am. For what you would spend on options one or two above, you could by the T1 card and an used channel bank (configured with the requisite number of FXO ports), and have money left over. I agree about the TDM.nuff said. There looks to be a nice gateway for $1000 or so. The problem I see with channel banks is that any of them with FXO cards, even on ebay are $$$. Having used the TDM card since it came out, I'd be very hesitant to use them in this type environment. Very likely to be a high maintenance/support item for you. They are sort of okay in small soho environments, but if you dig through the last year's worth of postings, you'll see lots of quality and audio level issues with the TDM. The gateway approach will work, but you'll probably spend a fair amount of up-front time finding one that works well and getting it set up to be reliable. They are rather expensive as well (comparatively speaking).
