There is an admin guide at http://www.freedomphones.net/polycom/files/Admin_Guide-SoundPoint_IP_SIP _2004-06-16.pdf On page 9 it states how to reset back to factory defaults. Press and Hold: 4, 6, 8, * until it reboots.
