Hi Hamish, Sorry about being a day late... man, these lists are hell to keep up with. You could also try xlite - www.xten.com Cheers, Zoltan Hamish Whittal wrote: Hi Folks, I am wanting advise on a good soft-phone on Linux. As for free ones: Sarge includes kphone and linphone. Both have disappointed me. I tried building and using minisip. It was generally better, but it wasn't mature enough (no dtmf, crashes on SIGCONT). Currently I'm using iaxcomm from the package iaxclient in http://mentors.debian.net . Contact me privately if you need my debs. That package is certainly good enough to get into main... Non-free ones: not on my system. -- Tzafrir Cohen | [EMAIL PROTECTED] | VIM is http://tzafrir.org.il | | a Mutt's [EMAIL PROTECTED] | | best ICQ# 16849755 | | friend ___ Asterisk-Users mailing list Asterisk-Users@lists.digium.com http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
