Does the phone have some sort of NAT Keepalive setting? Often, the only way to keep that port open on the user's NAT gateway is to have the NATted client send the occasional data out through the port. N. I have tried STUN, still sometimes the phones just cannot be reached. is there any other software to manage binding of ports on specific users so that the routers always keeps the port mapped to port of the ip phone .
