Vai que o cliente vira um call center e de acordo com o que está escrito no contrato você tem que continuar atendendo ele da mesma forma. Sugiro que estipule um máximo de horas para manutenção preventiva e um máximo para corretiva dentro de um mesmo mês. E fixe um valor camarada por hora excedente.
