Since F15 and F16 possess a working gtk3, I just built mp3splt-gtk
with no special option, because the defaults are fine in this case.

kradio4 is missing in rhel6 (built fine here).

but 4.0.3 should be out soon, and if you wish it can be built only in
rhel6
(the other releases can wait for 4.0.3).
I fixed almost all of these, if a package is still missing it didn't
build on that distribution. :/
