I wouldn't say this was easy, even though I didn't lose a single match (I did on other tries, though). The last match was particularly spectacular, with the opponent sleeping for a very long time and me using for example a dream eater which absorbed 32 health points. To bad the second dream eater missed.Still, no matter how good it can be, I am sure I can find better. Though I have to say my losses could also by due to the fact I could have managed my levels better. If your working with C/C++ the github gives instructions for importing it which may also require Tolk.dll/drivers:To use Tolk, import the appropriate version of Tolk.dll into your application. I managed to get VA working with TDV which is hilariously awesome, I ccan just say what I want to do now and it (hopefully) does it. Re: untested working solution for safe mode windows Only problem where I could see users inadvertently invoking safe mode or system restore is when so-called startup repair on windows 7 and above will practically ram itself down your throat if if sees that your system was improperly shut down. Sure, they say you're not supposed to do that and all, and for a normal machine it might not be as much of an issue as, say, my situation of running virtual machines off an external hard drive where it used to for whatever reason cut power to the drive, but regardless if you enable system restore before boot, you're in safe mode. Even installing Jaws! crashed my virtual machine possibly because who knows, maybe a corrupt vmware tools install or corrupt display driver, but it forced me to go into safe mode and restore. By sheer luck and advanced preparation, I had macintalk for nvda ready since it provides the benefits similar to that of a hardware synthesizer, i e, soundcard independent. Through that, I was able to restore my window s back to where it was before Jaws did whatever it did to my machine. The only reason it may not be showing is that you are currently disowned, as you have left your faction or been kicked. You cannot do missions in this state as you need an affiliation; so would need to join a faction. Re: buying king of dragon pass @Shrike, I don't know why choice buttons would be disabled unless you really are playing in tutorial mode, generally the only time you see disabled choice buttons in KoDp is if it is an event you have already taken choices in. The thing with choices is to consult yuour clan ring as much as possible, and while you need to take their advice with the odd pinch of salt (worshippers of Humact always tend to want to go to war, while worshippers of Ernalda have a positive obsession with farming and children), it is usually good advice since inevitably your clan ring will know more of what to do in a given situation than you do.There is no beginner's for dummies, but there is This page on the KoDp wiki which, though it is very imcplete does have links to lots of the other pages on useful concepts, eg, how combat works, how seasons work etc, plus of course feel free to ask questions (I'm gl ad the podcast was useful, that was what I recorded it for). for example, there are five seasons, sea, fire, earth, dark and storm. every season you get two turns. Each turn you can do an action like sacrificing to the gods, building fortifications, recruiting more weaponthaness, sending out a trade or diplomatic mission etc. You can also use the season wheel to skip turns which is actually a good idea sometimes since you don't want to spread your resources too thin. independently, whether you take a turn or skip, you will get events, these are the little gamebook like story sections, which don't take up your turn time, but where you do need to make important choices.The main thing to remember about seasons is that there are better times for doing certain things. Sea season is like spring, it's when crops are plantedexploring and sending out negotiations goes well and if you do a raid you catch people unawares, however if you send out too ma ny people not enough crops will be planted and you might be in trouble later. fire season is like summer. Not a lot else is happening so you can do what you like, though it's the traditional raiding season so if you send out a your chances of catching the enemy napping are low.Earth season is like autumn everyone is harvesting, it's even more important to send too many people off raiding. Dark season is like winter. usually you can't leave your tula at that time, so no expeditions or raids, though if you choose the ice demons as your traditional enemy you get the ability to raid in dark season (a favourite tactic of mine since the enemy usually aren't prepared). Storm season you can do pretty much what you like but it's especially good for hero quests. Personally generally what I do is look at my current situation, eg if there is an enemy to pound on, if I want to try and make peace with a clan with favours, if I want more trade or to build another temple, then check and see if it is the best season to do that thing, and if not, wait until later (in Kodp patience is usually your friend).hth, any other questions, please ask. while I'd never claim to be a Kodp expert, I have spent many happy hours with the game . If you have money, that usually means Eset smart security or anything else they provide. Free? Most blind and VI people I'd say pick MSE owing to accessibility as well as the set and forget aspect that makes it so easy and simple to use while staying, relatively safe. That didn't happened to me to often but due to the way the leveling system is handled now, I guess you can no longer hope to stop the opponents using that kind of status effect using spectral dimention. Now it's just useful to make them week to your attacks.Maybe you can add that psychic card that reduces confusion by one stage, and that elixir that reduces sleep status by one stage, but that may not be enough. I'm from a yankee state, PA, but damn are those northerners rude as fuck, new yorkers, californians, etc., not all of course, but yeah, generally you find southerners to be a lot more polite, friendly. Yeah I'm not far from the Mason Dixon line, I'm just on the wrong side, but meh, what can ya do. Politics is exploding over here because of the election and trump, which, me personally, I think he's doing an awesome job. but yeah quick politics education, you got the demitwats and republicunts... lol, no seriously, democrats and republicans, or left and right respectively. So, if you hear someone say oh he's a left winger, you know he's a democrat, if you hear someone say he's got leanings to the right, it means he believes in some of the republican ideals, but is either neutral on others, or whatever. You also have the terms liberal, to describe democrats, and conservative for the republicans. This describes their general philosophies. But yeah, the liberals aren't so liberal because they're doing all in their power to chip away at our freedoms one by one, slowly, so the sheep... ahem, ahem, don't notice. Gun control is a big one the liberals want to implement, but damn it, the second amendment states we have the right to bear arms. I know that for a lot of other countries, this just makes no sense, and if you're from a country where you cannot possess a weapon such as a rifle or pistol without a special license just for hunting purposes only, I don't think there is anything I can say to convince you otherwise. My reasoning is simple, there's a lot of nutzoids out there, and if my house gets broken into, or my family comes to potential harm, I want a gun to put a stop to that. I'm not gonna be doing much damage with kitchen cutlary. I think the rest of the world still sees us as gun totin' cowboys, well I'll fa ll into their stereotypes if it helps keep me and mine safe. Anyone and everyone who is into guns, and yes I generally like guns, love them in fact, anyone I've ever met is into gun safety, we don't wave them around, blasting them off, well OK, I'll admit, I've done that a few times while drunk, but there's still a part of me that made sure I kept it pointed up in the air, and not at other people.Uh, OK, that strayed a little off topic, I don't know when this came into being a dissertation about gun control and gun usage. If you come over here, just remember the media is not your friend, if you believe everything you hear on the big networks, you're falling right into their trap. they have done everything from tweeking to small edits, all the way up to outright lies and fabrication. Get the facts, do your own research. And hey, if after that, you see the democratic point of view, that's fine ,I promise not to call you a libtard, hehehee .But yeah everything is taken to the extreme here, big burgers, big houses, big boats and yachts, big cars, big TV's, big offices, Big dildos... ahem ahem... yeah. Small cars, small studio apartments, etc. you get the idea. Hell I've seen christians get snooty with other cristians of the same denomination because that other person had just enough difference in their beliefs, its ridiculous. If you are christian, and come here, just sort of be careful who you hang around with, your fellow church goers might be as judgmental as St. Peter at the pearly gates. That ain't right if ya ask me, but I'm not christian, or anything really. I've actually had this happen before, and it took like 4 hours of digging around and shit before I got to the bottom of it. That was on a ubuntu live CD too, trying to download into RAM the installation for windows 10 image, that sucked.
