The biggest difference between the web client and the steam versions of CoG games is that you can edit and mod the steam versions. There are instructions on how to do it, but to be perfectly honest I haven't been able to figure it out yet.

Essentially then, if you have a manamon and train it up from lvl whatever and make it passed 50 but don't have the 5th key, you can use it. As soon as you trade it to somebody with a 5th stadium key or higher, and it comes back to you, you can't use it until you get the key?

I don't know if anybody else ran into this problem, but be on the lookout. Granted, it could just be my luck, but who knows. I recently traded with a friend to get some manapedia completions and some new team members. Unfortunately, it seems that when trading level 50's or higher, something happens in where the manamon will not obey you when you are in battle. It happened first with a Mitaurus he traded me and now it happened with a lvl 58 Volanteral or however you spell it. The first he raised from his end and I've had Limewurm in my party for a long time. If anybody knows how to fix this, it would be much appreciated. I'd rather not have to level Limewurm all the way from lvl 7 again or lvl 1 lol.

Cool, can't wait. But did he already release act II of the map pack? Like I said, I was reading on the mailing list and people were talking about a set of maps where they were in a camp and fought the undead and one where they fought a titan? Are those just beta maps or did I miss something when I downloaded the one of version 6.0? That one ends with the chess game map.

Love the Denn of the Slave lords map pack. Next to Age of Warlords and Demon War Cycle, best one out there. Is it still in development though? The last 7 or 8 maps had no story to them and there wasn't a resolution to the whole campaign.So I was looking on the mailing list and it seems as if there is more maps to the whole map pack. The dev of the pack posted this link for den of the slave lords act II, but it doesn't seem to be working. Just throwing in my two cents in here for.. Well, honestly just for kicks.I've been reading through this entire topic, from start to finish and have seen things that made me nearly piss myself with laughter.In short, this has now replaced watching shows like Real Housewives, Jursey Shore, or even... Keeping up with the Kardashians!So again, not chipping in because I care about Redspot, because I could honestly watch it plunge off a cliff into the roaring malestrom at the Milkyway's core, but because you guys have provided me with several good laughs.Probably going to get hardcore fangirls of this game yelling at me for this post, but ehh, just bring on the laughs.

My biggest issue with Affairs was the lack of action scenes in which the mc can play a major part.Don't get me wrong, it is a very good game, but I prefer my chars to be a little bit less of a lady/lad in destress.I do get the fact that the game's setting requires the mc to be more of a politician and clever character than physical, but again, just my personal preferences.With that said however, there were at least three moments of pure badassery for the mc in terms of action. The first was with the play he/she takes part in when first at court.That was quickly followed by the jousting scene and then by the castle invasion and nursery defense.On another note, Samurai of Hyuga, both book 1 and 2 were just pure awesome.And if you think book 1 ends in a cliffhanger, just wait till you play book 2. I'm sure you'll want to beat the author like I did.

The thing about Pendragon, is that the stats aren't static.All throughout a playthrough, those stats will go up and down, so trying to pin down a specific character build is extremely frustrating.That's why actions that you think should have a certain effect, often times end up having another.All in all though, a really good game, especially since it gives the Arthurian mythos a new flavor.

So I'm glad that more people are taking interest in the CoG games, as I think they are some of the best.I've been playing for over 3 years now, and have to say they are some of the best spent and in some cases wasted hours of my life lol.Anyhow, just wanted to throw out there, that the Infinity series are some of the best imo.There is none of that super ace kind of thing where the main char is good at everything and has all the powers available to him.Personally, I play a char with high soldiering and charisma. It's even better, for those who know how the game works to play a younger officer, as young as possible which is about 14 when you start the first game. Gives it that sense of child prodegy, you know? Also,the Lost Heir trilogy by the same author of the Life of a wizard and mobster, are pretty darn great.As book 3 is finally coming out on Friday I've been making as many diverse perfect playthroughs as possible.If
  anybody would be interested, I could post some tips on how to get these. They would range from how to maximize stats in general, or for specific class builds, or how to get prestige classes and mounts.Sorry for the kind of rambly and messy post, but these games are just so amazing.
